Hello everyone. I have a short announcement: after two months of work, I have completed translating all of my blog posts into Greek. If Greek is your preferred language, you can now read the entire blog in Greek.
Although Greek is my first language, English is the language I am most comfortable with because I spent much of my youth in New York and attended school there. Still, I enjoy a challenge. With the help of Google Translate and careful editing, I set out to make my content accessible in both languages so more readers can enjoy it. I’m delighted to see so many of you visiting every day.
Good morning to everyone. I wanted to let you know that after two months of effort, I have finished translating all my blog posts from English into Greek. If Greek is your language, you can now read my posts without struggling with English.
Remember that Greek may be my first language, but English has been my stronger language in many ways because I spent most of my youth in New York and went to school there. I view life as a challenge, and with the assistance of translation tools, I aimed to make the blog welcoming to both Greek and English readers. I appreciate that so many of you come back every day.
I’m sharing some photos I took along the road beside the beach. Over the years I’ve grown comfortable with these rural coastal surroundings, and I enjoy capturing small moments from the area.
Please take a moment to revisit some of my earlier posts you may have missed. I have highlighted a few recommendations below to help you explore topics ranging from simple DIY projects to personal stories and travel snapshots.
Go back and check older posts you might have overlooked. Below are some suggestions to guide you through the most popular and useful entries on the blog.

About this bilingual blog: Translating a blog involves more than converting words. It requires attention to tone, context, and cultural nuances so that the meaning and personality of each post remain intact. When translating my posts from English to Greek, I aimed to retain the original voice while ensuring the phrasing feels natural to Greek readers. This allows both English and Greek speakers to enjoy the same stories, tutorials, and photographs without losing the spirit of the original writing.
Why bilingual content matters: Presenting posts in two languages broadens accessibility and helps build a community that crosses linguistic boundaries. Whether you’re here for creative DIY ideas, family stories like “Grandfather’s Chair,” or simple travel photos from the shoreline, I want the blog to be welcoming and easy to read. This approach also improves search visibility for readers searching in English or Greek, making it easier for new visitors to find helpful content and inspiring projects.
If you enjoyed the photographs or a particular post, please leave a comment telling me which photo or story you liked best. Your feedback guides future posts and helps me decide what content to translate next. I also welcome suggestions for topics you would like to see in both English and Greek versions.
Thank you for reading. I’m grateful for the continued support of both long-time readers and newcomers. Keep an eye out for more translated posts, fresh photos from the coast, and simple DIY ideas suited for everyday living.
